Personal Training and Pilates

Terri has an NVQ Level 3 qualification in personal training, which allows her to design specific and effective exercise programs for individual patients as part of their rehabilitation process.

APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) modified Pilates is also offered to patients either within a class setting and/or in a private session with Terri.
Pilates exercises aim to re-train our abdominal and pelvic floor muscles in order to improve spinal stability and mobility.
In doing so, we also gain greater body and postural awareness and naturally move more freely, thereby helping to prevent reoccurrence of physical injury and pain.
